How do you envision your postpartum? If you're like most new parents, you are looking forward to family snuggles, that oh-so-sweet newborn gaze, and discovering just who this little one is. Bliss, right?
And yet... there are also sleepless nights, the anxiety of learning everything from diapers to clipping fingernails, and the massive emotional shift of becoming parents. It's easy to feel isolated, overwhelmed, and unsure if you're ever going to be able to function like a normal human again...
Having a professional support team in place makes all the difference. My postpartum doula services allow you to fully step into your new role with confidence.
You've read the books, watched a few birth videos, and still feel totally unprepared. Entering the unknown of giving birth and welcoming your baby is a lot easier when you have information and guidance you can trust.

Leah held my hand and didn't let go until I was ready. From our first conversation she was extremely kind and knowledgeable, helping me understand what kind of support would give me the help that I was seeking. She shared her knowledge and resources, and I don't think I could have navigated my last month of pregnancy with the peace of mind that I did if I hadn't been referred to her. She was also very understanding of my moving dates (I was expecting twins that ended up coming early and had a brief NICU stay), and seeing her arrive at out house with her smile and gentle demeanor was the happiest moment of our day, for many days 😂. I can confidently say that me and my husband only survived our first two months because of her.
Thank you Leah for loving and caring for our babies and us ❤️
Leah was an absolute lifesaver for our family after the birth of our second child. She brought calm, warmth, and expertise into our home, helping us with everything from newborn sleep and bottle prep to setting up pumping supplies and making sure I stayed hydrated and fed during night feeds. Her support was comprehensive and thoughtful—she even still came over to support us during a nighttime blackout!
We felt completely safe and comfortable having her stay overnight. She would quietly bring the baby to us for feedings and handle the rest so we could rest. One day she came during the daytime and my husband and I got to nap together—an incredible gift during the newborn phase.
With no family nearby, Leah filled that gap with care and professionalism. We're so grateful to have had her help during such an important time.
The moment I met with Leah, it felt like a warm hug was telling me, "everything is going to be okay and you're doing a great job!" She's patient, empathetic, encouraging, very knowledgeable and professional. We chose Leah as our doula as chatting with her was easy and she's very encouraging and understanding. We wanted a kind doula who could help us, as first-time parents, to build our confidence and we definitely got that with Leah. She would sit with me while breastfeeding, help us figure out burping techniques that worked for our baby, and answered our questions without judgement. The nights that Leah came, it helped me with my anxiety as I knew our baby was well taken cared of so I could mentally "check out" and sleep well.
I highly recommend Leah during this new chapter in our lives and I felt like she was part of the family!
Leah was a great source of information and comfort. We worked with her as a postpartum doula. She was wonderful helping take care of our newborn so we could get some rest and kept our house tidy, too. Leah had some helpful suggestions to help us set up our home before bringing baby home to make the transition easier. Would highly recommend working with her!
